DATE/TIME: 21st February, 2016 10.30am to 3.00pm
SETUP: From 8.00am – 10.00am (all vehicles must be removed by 10.15am)
COST: $40 per site
INSURANCE: A copy of your certificate of Public Liability Insurance MUST be provided
OTHER DOCUMENTS: If you have a food stall a copy of the current Temporary Food Permit from Orange City Council MUST be provided. If you have an amusement type stall a copy of your Workcover documentation MUST be provided.
If you do not provide the required forms your application may not be accepted
